MINIMUM ORDER POLICY
All our tiles are non-stock; made-to-order must meet the minimum order requirement of 50 square feet (4.65 square meters) for production.
ORDERING PROCEDURE
After receiving your order, a copy of the estimate/invoice will be sent to you to verify the accuracy and details of your order. At that time, all applicable changes or revisions should be made. Once the order is verified, a signed copy should be sent back. We will begin production once we have a confirmed order and 100% of the final amount has been received.
Studio Raf is not responsible for the final quantities ordered. Please consult the tile contractor.
PRICING
We are committed to providing a relatively stable pricing scheme. However, we reserve the right to change prices, terms, and conditions of sale without advanced notice. (These do not include jobs already bid or quoted.)
PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required for all orders to begin production after receiving the signed and verified order. If the purchaser cancels the order within 5 days, s/he may receive 50% of your original payment. The order is non-cancelable after 5 days, and payment is non-refundable.
LATE PAYMENT
Purchaser agrees, by acceptance of this document, that if payment is not made according to terms of sale, to pay 2% interest per month or the amount permitted by law and to pay reasonable collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, until payment in full is made.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Because our product is made-to-order without inventory, we are unable to accept cancellations after production has begun. Please be advised that all payments after 5 days are non-refundable.
RUSH CHARGES
If our standard 8 to 10-week lead time does not meet your requirements and you must have the tile sooner, a rush charge may be added to expedite your order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We ship all over the world. Because of the nature of our custom orders, it is impossible to determine the exact cost of shipping your order. We strive to provide our customers with the safest and most affordable means in all shipping areas. Please be advised that delivery is not included in the price of the tile, and all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Studio Raf may assist in arranging delivery in Los Angeles county.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All products leave our studio in good condition and adequately packaged. By signing the pickup/delivery receipt, the client is confirming the accuracy of the materials regarding your order pertaining to color, design, quality, or quantity. All products leave our studio in perfect condition, but if the damage is severe, we recommend you refuse the shipment/delivery entirely.
UPON DELIVERY
Immediately upon delivery, please review the shipment for the accuracy of the materials ordered, including quantity, quality, and color, and for any shipping damage. Contact Studio Raf at [email protected] immediately if any problems exist. All claims must be presented in writing to Studio Raf.
RETURN POLICY
Because our product is made-to-order without inventory, we are unable to accept any return after deliver/pickup.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because we are a custom tile studio and produce made-to-order tiles, no returns will be accepted. Orders are non-cancelable after 5 days of receiving payments.
QUANTITIES
We request that all quantities be checked by an installer or contractor, as we will not be held responsible for discrepancies in quantities. Although we may have assisted in preparing quantities for material on this order/invoice, all quantities must be checked by a contractor or installer. Any additions or changes to the order could delay the delivery date and may result in color variation.
INSTALLATION
Studio Raf does not accept responsibility or liability for the installation, sealing, or refinishing of any product. We recommend using a professional installer for the best results. Studio Raf is not responsible for problems arising from improper installation, use, or care of the tiles.
No claims will be accepted for any reason after installation as Studio Raf does not hold any responsibility for product that has been delivered/picked up.
STORAGE FEE
Studio Raf does not store customers’ orders. When production is complete, the customers are required to provide shipping/delivery arrangements. A storage fee of $2/sq. ft. per day will be added for up to 30 days. After the initial 30 days period, the items will be disposed of in a way we deem necessary.
By ordering tile from Studio Raf, the client agrees to all terms and conditions of sales.
